Tipping the scales at only 3.3 oz., they are very light, but offer 3.38″ of usable blade made of tough and stainless 8Cr13MoV steel. The handle is made of Kray-EX with a unique tsukamaki-style texture. The Kyoto II knife has a tanto blade.
